We understand that leaving your dog in someone else’s care can be a big decision. That’s why we’ve put together a list of the most common questions we get from pet parents. Whether you’re curious about our services, your dog’s stay, or our policies, you’ll find everything you need to know right here.

What should I bring for my dog’s stay?
For overnight stays, please bring your dog’s food, any medication they may need, a collar and leash, and favorite bedding to help them feel at home. We have extra crates on hand.

How do I know my dog will be safe?
Safety is our top priority! We maintain a secure, dog-proof environment and ensure all dogs are supervised and well cared for throughout their stay. During times when we may need to be away from the house, all dogs are safely crated and monitored via sound and motion activated cameras.

What if my dog has special needs?
We’re happy to accommodate special dietary needs, medications, or any other requirements your dog may have. Just let us know in advance.

Does my dog have to be crate trained?
Yes, all pups who come for boarding or daycare must be comfortable in a crate. This ensures their safety at night and during times when we are away from the house.

What happens if my dog gets sick or injured while in your care?
We will immediately contact you and, if needed, take your pup to a local vet or emergency center for care. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

How often will I receive updates?
You'll get a daily update to let you know how your pup is doing. If your dog is here for daycare, you will receive a report card at the end of each day with details on their stay. Dogs here for boarding will receive a report card at the end of their visit.

How many dogs do you accept at a time?
We value small group play, so we limit occupancy to no more than five dogs at a time (including Dunkin). This gives everyone a chance to socialize without the chaos of a kennel environment.

Can I bring pee pads for my dog?
For sanitary purposes, we cannot accept pee pads. All dogs should be fully housebroken and comfortable relieving themselves outside.

Do you accept puppies?
Not at this time. All dogs must be at least one year of age and spayed/neutered.
